Damon’s practice is focused solely on criminal defence work. Being a trusted and well established litigator, he has conducted hundreds of trials at both the provincial and Superior court levels. Damon has successfully defended people with all matter of charges, ranging from mischief to murder and has been counsel on a number of high-profile, serious and complex cases.

His extensive experience in criminal defence work has secured acquittals for many individuals charged with serious offences. He is particularly skilled in sexual assault matters, providing a high level of experience in this complicated and sensitive area of criminal law. Damon is passionate about protecting his clients’ rights and approaches each case with fearless advocacy to achieve the best possible result.

Damon was born and raised in London, Ontario. He completed his LLB at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2002. He is a member of the London Criminal Lawyers Association and the Ontario Criminal Lawyers Association.
